1. Shipping Destinations

We ship our products within Switzerland and to various countries in Europe.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Within Switzerland:

    • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Within Europe:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
    • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following rates:

  • Within Switzerland:

    • Standard Shipping: CHF 3.00
    • Express Shipping: CHF 8.00
  • Within Europe:

    • Standard Shipping: CHF 8.00
    • Express Shipping: CHF 16.00

Free shipping is available for orders over CHF 60.00 within Switzerland and CHF 100.00 within Europe.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email.

6. Delivery Issues

If you have any issues with your delivery or if your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team at admin@zupan.io. We will investigate and do our best to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize that you have made an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at admin@zupan.io.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at admin@zupan.io. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

All prices on our site include VAT (Value Added Tax). For international orders, we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
